The hotel is in an excellent location, just a block away from the beautiful Copacabana beach. It is also close to the metro station, making it convenient for exploring other parts of the city.
Some guests have mentioned that the hotel is a little basic compared to others they have stayed in.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a street away from the famous Copacabana beach. Being right on the beach made it so easy for me to enjoy the beautiful coastline and take long walks along the shore. the hotel was close to shops and restaurants, made exploring the city and finding delicious meals easy. The breakfast at this hotel was delicious and had a good variety of options. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and my room. Everything was well-maintained and super clean. The staff deserves a special mention as well.

The best thing about this hotel is its amazing location along Atlantic Avenue, just a short walk to the beautiful Copacabana beach. You can easily explore the Ipanema area on foot as well. Everything a tourist needs, from department stores to restaurants and currency exchanges, is conveniently located just outside the hotel. The rooms are clean and basic, with comfortable beds and a great shower. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options to start your day off right.
Everything was perfect, no improvements needed.

We had a great stay at Copa Sul Hotel. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Copacabana and Ipanema Beaches. The front desk staff were very helpful and went out of their way to assist us with all our inquiries. The free WiFi throughout the hotel was a bonus, and the breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold items. I highly recommend this hotel.
